Duke Energy’s worrisome move to silence nonprofits

NC State Institute for Nonprofits Executive Director Dr. Richard Clerkin penned an op-ed discussing Duke Energy’s request for two nonprofit organizations to raise $240 million in order to challenge a power plant permit that was issued in March.
